How To Treat Intermittent Pain In Arm Caused Due To A Accident?

hi I have a question I was in a car accident and 1999 April Fool day in eve time. I was a passenger on a bus the airbag broke my forearm souther the forum bone completely but now I'm having off and on pain when I sleep and when I'm just standing something has a sharp pain sometimes it makes my hand hurt sometimes it makes my whole arm hurt can you give me some answer what else could be going on

Well come to HCM
Because of the soft tissue injury such symptom of pain is very likely, but for the safe side x-ray need to be get done, for the pain any NSAID (Non-steroid anti-inflammatory Drug) can be used, in my opinion clinical examination is must, hope this information helps, take care.
