How To Treat Infections In Kidney Caused Due To Scarring?
I m having problems with kidney infections due to one of my kidneys having scar tissue due to past infections (I was born with the rare condition of having 3 kidneys) Will I eventually need the kidney removed or will the low dose of maintenance antibiotics I ve been prescribed be sufficient treatment?

Regarding your diagnosed congenital triple kidney with infection from scarring I am suggesting that you will definitely need both removal of the kidney causing infection or pressure symptoms
In view of this please do the following test
Renal ultrasound
Renal biopsy
Renal function test
Meanwhile see a nephrologist specialist with the results and for further clinical evaluation as well as expert management
