my grandson is 2 year old, he cries and screams at least once or twice a day, the length of times varies. he hasn t started talking yet and there are times that he seems not to hear you when you talk to him, almost like he is ignoring you. he doesn t seem to sleep well at night and is sometimes restless.

Get a test called BERA urgently. If not Okay consult ENT surgeon.
If Okay visit Pediatrician.
