How To Treat Headache And Bump On Forehead Caused After Injury?

I suffered a fall last night and was fine until this morning when I awoke with a headache and a big goose egg on my forehead. I took 600 mg. of Ibuprofin and put ice packs on it, but it is swollen and I have been tired all day. My friend said my pupils look dilated. I also cannot recall any events that happened after the fall. Is this something that will heal on its own, or do you think I need to go to Urgent Care?
