How To Treat Gum Swelling?

I am sandeep
I am having swelling on gums at both sides(left & right) also at left side second last tooth is paining more also some bad smell comes after touching that area and that tooth is shaking.
What may be the reason and what type of treatment is required.

I have gone through your query, as you have swelling in gums and your last tooth has mobility so this swelling can be due to periodontal problem .
Do warm saline gargle two - three times a day
Do chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily
Consult dentist for Oral prophylaxis and mobility in tooth go for Extraction .
