How To Treat For The Pain In Chest Followed By A Fall?

Hi, my 6 years old son got hit on right side of his back and when he fell his hand hit in the center of his chest. said when he got hit the pain went from his side to his heart and felt his heart stop. can anything cause pain from being hit in the side/back area to radiate to the heart?

The pain he is experiencing may be external muscle or bone pain due to injury.
No external pain due to fall radiate to the heart.
You need not worry about.
If the pain does not subside in a couple of days with analgesics better consult your doctor.
