How To Treat Fever And Loose Motion In A 4 Months Old Child?

my son is 4 month old and from last 2 days he is suffering from fever along with loose green colered motions and some times vomiting too we made tests today as per the doctor and all the reports are negative , please tell me is this normal are shell i need to see another doctor

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that if the frequency of passing the stool is 3 to 4 in day then this is normal only the hydration is matter for the vomiting this can be control with Domperidone drops but only in continues bout of vomiting this need to be given, otherwise no need to worry about this it is self limiting symptoms, take care and have a nice day.
