Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern fully.
A weak heart with chronic kidney failure, is a serious medical condition.
The only way to drain out the excess water is to do a hemodialysis urgently.
During the dialysis, cardiac problems will be treated under supervision of a nephrologist, so you don't need to worry about it.
Leaving him without treatment is a slow end stage.
You're welcome to send me the reports(latest), and i can give you an expert opinion. Wishing him well.
