General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear.
Tight foreskin is a common problem with many males. Kindly try pulling backwards daily while bathing and clean the glans penis. Do not allow smegma (whitish stuff) to accumulate there. Try doing this for a couple of weeks. It should be fine by then. If the problem is still persisting you need to meet a surgeon, who may advise you an option of circumcision surgery.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
Dr Sanjay Kini
