How To Treat Dizziness?

i was at work last thursday and i was feeling great and out of nowhere i got dizzy and felt like i was going to faint or fall down i went to the bathroom because i thought i was having an anxiety or panic attack but it just got worse. my boss called 911 and they checked my blood sugar and it was fine. when i got to the er they did all kinds of tests on me and eveything they did came back fine but my blood pressure was a little low. my ct scan came back normal even my ekg. they pumped me full of fluids thinking i was dehydrated but i was not. i am borderline anemic as well. plus i have been having sharp pains in my stomache it happens randomly and not always in the same spots. i am also 9 days late on having my monthly menstrual cycle i also have an internal ear ringing that the ear specialist said will never go away and i am pretty much deaf in my left ear. i have a manual shunt in my brain for a cycst and it is there to drain fluid from it.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and elucidate history.Your history has an answer.
The problem looks to be the internal ear which contains the mechanism for balance.
Dehydration can not cause dizziness
Left ear deafness and ringing along with dizziness , will require the symptomatic treatment only.
You also have a brain shunt.
IT is possible that the homeostasis ( internal maintenance of balance ) is a problem.
You have to take care::
Never travel , walk alone.
Do not work near water and fire.
Till you are symptomatically improved, you have to take full bed-rest.
Continue the medicines without break.
You can try alternative therapy like acupressure / puncture- this helps in many patients.
I find this answer helpful
