Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ve been having dreams about my ex girlfriend and last night I had one where she spontaneously kissed me, we ve been broken up for a while now, and she s told me she s moved on and I want to believe that I have too, but I don t know what to think of my dreams
Hello my friend I am Dr.Arianisa Thanks for your question on HCM
I think there is nothing to be worry.Whenever you have experienced a busy, stressful day, the mind does tend to hold onto all the stress by focusing on the things that led to feeling so stressed. And in turn, such rumination and tension tends to make sleeping very difficult. You have to: 1.Set a regular time to go to bed, regardless of whatever else is occupying your time. Remove distractions or sources of keeping you awake. 2. Finish any jobs on your "to do" list helps 3.Find ways to help calm the mind and body.Take a warm shower or bath before you sleep. Try meditating 4. If your mind is still racing, spend some time watching the mind and let go of any thoughts or feelings that arise Let old thing to go and continue your life by working or study hard
Hope this information is helpful to you Best regards
