How To Treat Discomfort In Lower Abdomen While Suffering From Mild Antral Gastritis?

Sir i am suffering from lower abdomen stress from last two years. I have shown in some big hospital and in pgi rohtak. But they says that it is just a mild antral gastritics. They have done endoscopy. I took treatment for 6 months but not much relief in it. Just a bit relief in stress but can not cure permanently. What i sholud do now

As you are saying discomfort in lower abdomen. I have suggest you to visit a good gastroenterologist.
I also request you to do MRI of lower abdomen.
I suggest you to observe which food (either spicy etc), gives you more discomfort and try to avoid this food.
Also if you have prescribe drugs like antibiotics than complete course of drug.
