How To Treat Difficulty In Speech Caused After Brain Damage Due To Aneurysm?

my husband has severe brain damage from an aneurysm and two strokes, he knows what we are saying but he can t answer or have a conversation with us. will he recover? its been 5 1/2 months he does answer us sometimes. he is sad and seems to understand what we say. he is still in hospital. they have given up therpy on him and it seem so unfair and he isn t getting much attention anymore except from me and I m getting tired. thanks Selina

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the neuropathology of brain is concern the prognosis is depends upon the neurological score, testing report, blood reports, clinical condition, without this it can not be said anything in such case you have to trust the medical team taking care of patient hope this information helps.
