How To Treat Diarrhea And Fever?
my 1 1/2 year son felt diarrhea with vomit and got slight fever 2 days before. Doctor prescribes him delponorm, zanocin, emitus and p125. after 2 days fever got normal but still got his diarrhea and vomit. Doctor says me to continue the same with Lanzol15 tablet for infection. If i gave him delponorm he started his vomiting. i avoided it for 1 day he feels better in diarrhea and vomitted one time. but feels very tired and not that much active. Third day i gave again delponorm he again started vomit with stomach pain. please tell ur suggestion.

Well come to HCM
Most of the diarrhea are self limiting and dose not need any treatment and hydration is the matter, for the vomiting this can be managed with, Domperidone drops and at the most lyophilized lactobacillus sachets can be tried, else this is nothing to worry, hoe this information helps.
