How To Treat Dark Black Spot Under The Head Of Penis After Undergoing Circumcision?

My son was just circumcised with a curvature correction. We went to emergency the next day because he was bleeding pretty badly. Now he has a dark, purple/ black spot about the size of a pea on the underside of the head against the shaft. Any suggestions as to what this might be? Could it be an exposed vein?

Hi,
Nothing to worry.
Due to bleeding there might be having little hematoma at frenulum giving this problem.
Clean the part with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream.
Continue oral antibiotic, prescribed by surgeon.
Ok and take care.
