How To Treat Cold In A 4 Years Old Child?

Hi Doctor, My son is now 4 years old, wight about 12.50 kg. After joining the play school, he is regularily discomfort with cold. Our pediatrician told me that his immunity system has to be increased. So she advised to take MONTAIR-4 (pediatric) for 6 months. My question is, by continuous usage of this tablet, whether it will have any side effect for my son?. If so what is the alternative remedy? NB: After taking this tablet for about 2 months, he healthy and not suffering from cold etc.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for the baby in fact with age of 4 years the cold is common phenomenon and this symptoms are completely self limiting that does not need any treatment of course this could take little more time to come around but for sure this will be fine no need to give any medicine, hope this information helps you have nice day.
