How To Treat Cold And Sneezing Ayurvedically?
For two years now i am having cold and sneezing.sometimes ok like but sometimes very severe.Inside the house and outside also almost the same situation.Doctors whom i consulted suggested it was due to allergy.Is there any good ayurvedic medicine to stop it.

Such conditions are due to allergic causes. you will have to increase your immunity. Turmeric in hot milk, swamla, mahalakshami vilas ras with gold offer good cure.

Haridra i.e.turmeric has antiallergic effects. There are available tablets named turmix. Or u can use turmeroc powder and black pepper powder with honey. May be u have nasal polyp so get checked because if a polyp is too large it needs surgery. Plus u can use shadbindu Taila for nasal instillation at night. Hope u get well.
