General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some degenerative changes in your lower vertebrae producing pinched nerve pressure.
Go for x-ray or CT scan of lower vertebrae.
There might be having possibility of osteoporosis or osteomalcia.
Take Calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Go for back extension exercises daily.
Ok and take care.
