I am a 56 year male who has suffered from chronic low back pain. My current doctor is running scared from those above at the clinic and outside the clinic. She is ending my pain medication, Without my pain medication I have 0 quality of life and I am forced to lay in bed and suffer in excruciating pain. what can I do about this?
Hi, From history it seems that there might be having some degenerative changes in your lower vertebrae producing pinched nerve pressure. Go for x-ray or CT scan of lower vertebrae. There might be having possibility of osteoporosis or osteomalcia. Take Calcium, vitamin A and D supplements. Go for back extension exercises daily. Ok and take care.
