How To Treat Chest Pain Inspite Of Taking Panadol For Pneumonia And Pleurisy?

Hi, I was diagnosed with pneumonia & pleurisy (after X-rays & blood tests) 6 weeks ago. At the time the pain was unbearable & I was put on strong pain relief & anibiotics & prednisole. I am now managing on just panadol but the pain is still there. (Although not like at the beginning thank God) Worse in the mornings. I am still off work & of course gym. My doc said it should be gone by 6 weeks. -which is up this Thursday. But I can t see an end to it. What can I do to help the recovery. I rest a lot & have started short walks to get some strength back. I eat healthily & drink approx 2 litres of water a day. Kind Regards, Margaret
