How To Treat Bruise On Temple After An Injury?

Hello, my elderly mother fell out of bed last night and hit the the bedside table resulting a bruised temple. No other symptoms. I have checked that she does not have a headache, nausea or dizziness. She has been relaxing working through her word find puzzle book so her concentration is fine. Is there anything I should look out for before she sees her doctor on Monday ? Many thanks

Hello,

It seems like the injury is superficial. For now, there are no alarming symptoms.
You should be sure that she continues to not have a headache, visual problems or loss of consciousness. If any of these start to develop, then you would need to go see the doctor. But for now, all seems fine.
