How To Treat Blocked Sinus?

I have constant blocked sinus especially all round left side, annoying throat too. When I wakei un the mornin the left side is all tender. Had amoxicillan,did nothing,also chest never feels clear.did blow test at gp unto a tube,couldn't get over level 3. Generally feel drained

How old are you? Do you have any allergies? Do you smoke? how long have you been having this? These are few more details one would need to analyze what may be causing the problem. I am guessing it could be allergy causing reactive airway disease. I would recommend seeing your physician in person for further check up.
