How To Treat Bloating In Stomach?

The other day I took a laxative because I couldnt go to.the bathroom and an hour after taking it I started throwing up. And now I have horrible neasea and my stomach is bloated huge. Any advice on how to make this stop its so bad it hurts to stand up.
