How To Treat Bleeding Caused Due To A Cut In Throat By Food?
Hello,I am 73, male. I fear I have damaged either the back of my throat or esopogus by having swallowed a shape salted chip. There is periodic blood in my saliva. I have tried for 72-hrs to make it stop compleatly by garggling salt water. I have been 90 % affective. Advise, please.

In addition the of soft foods, cool or cold foods/drinks that would not aggravate the area would be best.
Avoiding spicy foods would also be important.
