Hello, My son who is 6 years old has a pea sized black hard lump appear on his cheek bone, it started about 7 weeks ago and I thought it was just a pimple but now it has enlarged and has turned black could you give me any idea of what it could be thanks Maria his mother

Black hard lump slowly growing in size. it may be melanoma. Consult a oncologist for further manage ment. Should not feedle it any way.
