When I sleep on our foam type mattress, I end up with lower back pain. However, if sit or recline in living room chair there is no pain, in my back. This issue has just started since we changed mattresses. My husband also noted that my stomach looks like I am pregnant, however I don t have pain that would be attributed to something like a hernia? Is changing our mattress a possible reason for the lower back pain?
