I was a college football athlete who broke his T12 in back, I never got it checked on until several years passed. I actually didn't know I broke it when I did, I found out from a different injury when they took the xray. im guessing its about a 10year old break by now, the doctor in the ER did say it was an older break.
My problem now is middle back pain and upper back, as well as muscle spasms in my back, and aches down my leg and into my foot. where I have noticed my second to big toe has been numb for some time now.
What do you suggest I do, the discomfort has taken over my life.
