How To Treat Acid Reflux When Diagnosed With Hiatal Hernia?

Hi. I have been taking omeprazole for my acid reflux for a long time, about a month ago I felt the acid burning my stomach and throat it was realy bad. I decided to go on a diet that someone recommended ( eating proteins and carbohydrate 3 hours apart. I helps me, but sometimes I still have the acid efflux. I also have a hiatal hernia.

You have to stop smoking ;if obese reduce your weight. Raise head of bed;avoid stooping,avoid nocturnal food & drink, eat small meals.
Medicine cisapride, omeprazole ,antacid , metoclopramide.you can use any one of them .
Surgery ; Selective vagotomy. Or. Hiatus hernia. repair. Best option for your disease.
