How To Treat A Throat Lump And Lung Tightness?
I have some drainage but my main issues are the feeling of a lump at the base of my throat ( no trouble swallowing) and a tightness in my chest when I try to take a deep breath. I am not short of breath just feel like I can t expand my lungs enough to get a deep breath

Rule out asthama stat and visit ENT stat also to rule out base of tongue obstruction / sleep apnoea so forth.. this is a clinical/ examination issue and not anything for medication as such. Also relieve any anxiety if u have for the same as it can aggravate the breathing problem
