Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand that you are having rosacea from last 10 years which is recurring.
Rosacea is a chronic disorder and has certain triggering factors. These triggering factors include sunlight, heat, spicy food, hot beverages, alcohol, harsh cosmetics and stress. Avoidance of these factors is a must in the management of rosacea.
I would suggest the following-
You could use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 and above every 4 hours.Avoid sun exposure between 10 am to 4 pm. Physically protect yourself using broad rimmed hat and full sleeves.
You could apply Metronidazole containing gel in the morning on the rashes and 0.1% adapelene gel at bedtime.
Use a mild, soap free cleanser like cetaphil cleanser for washing your face.
If very severe, you could consider oral isotretinoin under the supervision of a dermatologist.
Hope these measures help you.
Take care.
