How To Treat A Possible ACL Knee Injury?
I have what appears to be ACL knee injury according to Web MD symptom checker. The area is just below the knee and to the inside. I had a previous injury to this same area about 9 mos. ago and the affected area was exactly the location and the area of discomfort was about the size of a quarter dollar. It s been about a month ago that I d strained the same area after doing some unexpected/more strenuous stair climbing etc. This time the area was much greater than a quarter dollar size, it s closer to the size of a silver dollar coin.
