How To Treat A Persistent Sore In The Leg?

I have a sore o back side of leg started out like blister and busted a long time back. Has never healed and will re burst ever so often. It almost feels like I can stick the tip of my finger in the hole. I also am getting other blister blood pocket around my groin that leak. I m a big guy and clean regularly but my groin area just ain t right.

The swelling at your leg looks to be infected .
It needs to be investigated and specific treatment has to be planned
kindly consult a general surgeon,For recurrent infected sinus.
