How To Treat A Lump And Bruise On Sides Of Shin Bone?

I had a lump on the side of my shin bone that looked like a bruise... Then it went away and days later I had another.. So now I have three bumps and they hurt and feel warm. They look bruisy and my hairs grow faster in that area... Below that my skin has no sensation its numb.. Can I send u a picture
