How To Treat A Little Pea Sized Bump On Tonsil Gland?
Daughter just got over strep a week ago- she has one tonsil that remains swollen and there is a little pea sized bump in her gland on that side- there is no more infection and it is not tender to the touch. Doc says we will monitor it and check to see in a couple months if it has gone down. Should I get a second opinion- I don't like to freak out but I don't want to not do what I should for my child- advice please?
Hello, You should not worry until there is pain in throat again and again ,like once in every month. If the infections persist then you need to get operation for tonsils. Take precautions like avoid outside food. In doubt do reply
