Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I have gone through your query and it seems to be furuncle which is a bacterial infection of the hair follicle.

I would recommend you to give her an oral antibiotic like cefixime and apply fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days. This should heal it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
