How To Treat A Dizzy And Burping Feeling?

I am a 54 year old woman.

I have been experiencing dizziness and a kind throbbing through my upper body. Also burping a lot and a feeling alike butterflies. my heart feels like it sort of jumps now and again and it seems to be beating quite loudly. I'm not in any pain but a mgetting anxious about this

Noted the history about 54 years old female having dizziness and kind of throbbing in upper body, burping a lot, feeling alike butterflies, heart jumps now and again and beats loudly, no pain but a lot of anxiety.
As per the history that you have provided, these symptoms are connected to the heart ailments may be due to hormonal imbalance or due to stress and anxiety.
I would advise you the following:
Get the clinical evaluation done by a Doctor as this alone can lead to the battery of investigations of blood needed to get the diagnosis.
You may tests of blood: CBC, thyroid, liver and kidney functions.
Complete heart check up by a Cardiologist.
If required an ENT Surgeon should also be consulted.
MRI of the brain and mastoids may be needed to rule out.
