Hi,

It appears from your description that you had intercourse during the fertile days. Even if a small amount of semen is ejaculated in the vagina, there is a possibility of pregnancy.

Delay in getting periods is one of the first indications of pregnancy. In such an instance, urine pregnancy test needs to be taken. Following this, ultrasound scan can be done too confirm pregnancy.

However, if periods happen in time, then it ensures that she has not conceived during the current cycle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
