How To Terminate Pregnancy?
Hello doctor,am 20 years old,recently married, now I am pregnant 5th month am not sure about correct month, my period was stopped in march, before my marriage I will get irregular periods I thought periods were stopped not pregnancy after testing it was confirmed that am pregnant, now I don t want to continue my pregnancy, bcoz am so weak just 38weight of my body.... By this pregnancy am getting too weak... I want to get abort it...plzzz help me...and plzzz suggest me what I have to do....thank u...

I can understand your concern.
i would suggest an ultrasound pelvis to be done immediately to know the fetal age.
as per the law,medical termination of pregnancy can be done only upto twenty weeks(5 months) unless there is a compelling indication like risk of death to the mother, or severe congenital anamoly of the fetus.
i wouldnt advise a termination if you are five months or more into pregnancy and if the ultrasound findings are normal.
kindly consult your gynecologist immediately to discuss the options available for you.
eat a balanced healthy diet. folic acid and iron tablets are advised for you.
