OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vomiting and weight loss is common in early pregnancy. It is due to hormonal changes in the body. But if you are having decreased and concentrated urine, then there is water depletion in your body and you are having dehydration.
In this scenario, you should consult your OBGYN specialist as soon as possible so that you can be properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly, preferably as an inpatient.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.

Dr Deepti Verma
