How To Stop Vomiting And Giddiness At 9 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

hi, my wife is 9 weeks pregnant and contiously having the problem of postitive ketones, most of the times it goes up to 3 plus, plus she is having nausea, vomiting and giddiness and if vomiting start it never stops until we go to the ER give an injection of Emerson and rantac and couple of IV fluids. what can i do to avoid getting a positive ketone and how to stop vomiting and giddiness

as pregnancy progresses nausea and vomiting will decrease and eventually disappear, in the meanwhile she could use metoclopramide or ondansetron on a regualr basis, eat small quantities of food every 2-3 hours, avoid cooking her own meals, avoid strong odors if she has to cook for herself and others. chicken broth and crackers are great options. good news is that nausea and vomiting during pregnancy are related to healthy pregnancy hormone level development
