How To Remove Stomach Fat?

I ve started to work out and have been focusing on my abdominal area. I am not overweight, just have extra fat on my stomach (especially lower area) that I want to get rid of. I woke up today and the fat has been sore, is this good? What does this mean? Is my body reducing the fat?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Feeling your fat sore is a sign of your working out. You'll see the results of reducing the fat after a couple of weeks, it's very early now. Continue to the point you are not causing harm or problems to your body. A healthy diet plan should also get implemented.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
