How To Remove Painless Lump On Forehead?

Hello, I have noticed that I have developed a lump over the right side of my eyebrow on my forehead. It has been there for several months. I am not sure if I bumped my head and ignored it, but it does not hurt and I forget its there until someone asks me about it. When i rub it feels like something is inside of it. What do you suggest?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having small lipoma or sebaceous cyst producing movable lump.
Nothing to worry, if size increase or it becomes painful then consult surgeon and get it removed.
