Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I got a tiny piece of pineapple (I think its one of the small outer brown circles) stuck behind the soft palate above the ucla earlier this afternoon and it s really been bothering me. I ve tried gargling with mouthwash and water and neither worked. It feels really lodged up there. What can I do?
Hello thank you for writing us here. Well, I would suggest you to take bananas instead and you'll feel better. But if it was still there, it would be highly painful. Most possible reason is that the little piece could have made a little ulcer which feels like something stuck in your throat. If it's painful, you must see an ENT specialist but if it's not that painful, it would be alright in 3 or 4 days. You can take lidocane tablet for pain and you'll feel better day by day. God bless you.
Best regards, Dr Gunjan
