How To Remove Dark Spots With Rashes From Hands, Shoulder And Thighs?

Hiii, I am suffering from scabies last 2 to 3 months . I had gone to a skin specialist I followed all the instruction as doc mentions.all the doc gave me the same treatment but I m not cured .on my both hands from the shoulder till Palm I have dark spots with rashes it is also on my thighs .doc gave me hhmite cream and i had applied it 3 to 4 time in a month.they gave me Crotorax HC 10 mg .I also applied it 2 time a day.they gave me some tab ..all these doesnt cure me ..I m very stressed what should i do please help me me .....It really affect my college and studies ...i M 19 year old.... Please help me ....

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of dark spots with rashes from hands, shoulder and thighs which seems to be due to bacterial infection of the skin and soft tissue due to compromised immunity of your body and increased susceptibility of getting infected. These are residual scars after scabies infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with oral antibiotic course of Amoxycillin 500 mg in combination with clavulanic acid 125 mg for around 1 week. You should wear loose clothes. Apply topical antibacterial ointment neosporin or gentamicin on these rashes twice daily. You should take oral painkiller as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription.
