How To Relieve Knee Pain And Soreness After Playing Netball?

Hi
My right knee is pretty painful today, it's been mildly sore for a couple of weeks after recommencing netball but
after last night's game it's very sore to bend, straighten or put pressure on, what should I do to relieve the pain and
also for quick recovery please?

For knee pain you need to take some rest.Ice can be applied and immobilization of knee by crepe bandage is good.Analgesics can be taken for short term.If not improving in 1 week you should approach an orthopedician to have a physical examination whether you have a meniscal or ligament damage.Hope this may help you.
