How To Relax The Throat After A Naseoendoscopy?

I have recently had a nasoendoscopy and retched quite a lot, I need to go back for a further flexible naseoendoscopy to look at my singing technique. Is there anything you can suggest to help me relax as at the moment I cannot see how i will be able to sing with the camera down my throat without, being sick ?

u can better use omeorazole with domoeridone combination tablet (OMEZ-D) before breakfast to prevent reflux .
and most importantly take ur food in regular time and avoid spicy food for time being .
