How To Regulate Periods?

I'm having problem about my menstration. I was having my regular period for the past few years but the last two months I did not have my period yet I'm worried about it. what could be the problem? what medications should I take for it to be regular again? I'm 18 yrs old and I'm not sexually active. please help as soon as possible.

Menstrual irregularities have a variety of causes- commoner are stress, illness, thyroid imbalance, polycystic ovarian disease, crash dieting/weight loss/gain.
I would suggest you see a gynecologist who can get the required blood tests and a pelvic ultrasound to see if there is a specific cause and start medication.
Do not worry, menstrual problems are very common but avoid taking medicines without a doctors opinion.
