How To Reduce Weight After Delivering Baby?

Hi.. I can not do exercise because of my busy schdule.i am not taking that much amount of fat.i gained 20 kg during pregnency.i loose 8 kg after pregnancy.but after that i am not loosing more.what to do? As my daughter is 1 year old now.does the belt given by doctors after delivery will work on me? Or using sauna belt is safe?

Hello,
The belt is usually to help support your back, and to keep you in shape. Products like sauna belt also have no proven evidence that they are actually beneficial. Exercise, I must say, is very important and as much as 20 minutes of brisk walk daily helps a lot. Along with that, I diet low in calories will help you come in shape quicker. Calories are not only consumed in fats but carbohydrates, especially sugar, forms a large part of our diet. So you should cut back on your carbohydrates as well.
Lastly, get a bathroom weight scale if you don't have one and set targets for yourself. Make sure they are easily achievable.
