my wife has been having pain in her ears. It has gotten progressive. Its a piercing pain in both ears. Went to emergency and they said her ears are fine but probably sinus issues. Been taking antihistamines and decongetions and its not getting better. The piercing pain comes in and out at time and suddenly

I really appreciate your concern, such otalgia could be due to some allergic condition and it can be well managed with "Tab Loratadine with pseudoephedrine" three times in day try some steam inhalation and hot drink too hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
