I am getting a dull sharp pain that radiates from under my left arm to the middle under my chest area,I have tried to relieve this by applying a heating pad to the area,also inhaling by take breathe and hold,then exhale I do this several times plus taking a lbiprofen or aspirin after about later the dullsharp pain subsides totally. It doesn t cause after effects for about eight hours or so! Then it would start again later on the day. I don t smoke or drink any alcohol,my breathiing is normal.This condition has ben on and off for last few weeks.My everyday I am ovalactogenarian my chlorestoral is normal.I do include my diet salmon,fruits and vegetables no salt or sugars or subtitutes sugars.My everyday breakfast everyday consist of cooked oatmeal chia seed and bananas,blueberries,strawberries with organic Greek yogurt plain and a Naval Orange plus my vitamins magnesium 500,Ester-C 1000,CQ-10 400,biotin,B-12,multi-vitamin centrum silver! A Cup Of Coffee aday.My medicine I take is atenol,furisomide ,Zoloft,Postassium,Aspirin 81mg,levothroxine 0.05 mcg.
