Hi,

Scrotal pain only on one side usually suggest hydrocele, infection (epididymo orchitis) or varicocele. Since it’s 3 months, and urine is normal, chance of infection is less. Hydrocele will be picked up in ultrasound. A varicocele is usually obvious on palpation and visible in ultrasound.

Hence, all 3 conditions have already been ruled out. Testicular mass, if any, also will be seen in ultrasound. Just try avoiding tight underwear and tight jeans. if no relief by 2-3 weeks, kindly take opinion from a urologist or general surgeon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
